Golf Bar Manager
Description
Manage our ParFit bar and serve food and drinks to members while they use our State-of-the-Art virtual driving range and 18-hole course. Will also be making sure the bar runs smoothly and that all reservations are acknowledged and ready to go. Also make sure that the bar is always well-kept and cleaned daily.
Looking for an up-beat individual with exceptional social skills who is able to promote on social media and who is able to get new customers in. You will be expected to keep up with weekly social media posts while managing reservations and keeping the bar stocked at all times. Serving drinks and food to customers, keeping the ParFit technology running properly, and cleaning the facility.
Must have experience working in a bar or the food industry.
We are seeking a Shift Lead / Lead Roamer - This individual will provide the best service to all Parfit customers and ensure customers’ time spent in the facility exceeds expectations through oversight of Roamers and other staff on duty.
Responsibilities Include the following:

Oversee all Roamers (staff who assist customers through setting them up on simulators, bringing food/bev, etc.) on duty and ensure they are performing their jobs properly, as well as determine if they must stay late or can leave early

Create daily reports with all pertinent information informing leadership of potential staffing, customer service, and/or operational needs

Handle any larger issues that Roamers bring to the Manager’s attention -- including simulator crashes, customer complaints, business-related questions

Manage the flow of the day, including but not limited to managing simulator assignments and managing events

Communicate with fellow Managers as they transition shifts regarding ongoing issues or priorities and plans for the next shift

Greet new customers upon entering and offer a tour of the space

When necessary, assisting Roamers in setting customers up on a simulator, explain how they work and their various features, and bring the correct golf clubs to the customers

When necessary, assisting Roamers in the process of taking food and drink orders as well as delivering and clearing these orders

Supervise and perform opening and closing procedures to make sure the space is properly cleaned and ready for customers

Answer phone calls and emails to help with bookings and customer issues

Work the front desk to answer any customer questions or handle any issues

Have an in-depth knowledge of simulator function and troubleshooting

Have a general knowledge of bar operations and serve drinks
-
Have an in-depth understanding of our Mindbody booking software, Square POS, phone system, and email system to properly handle all customer requests
Required Qualifications:
Job Type: This position will be a full time, non-exempt role
Pay Rate: $15 an hour
Hours: will vary by week and will be focused on night and weekend shifts.
